Privacy Policy
How Arcivéo collects, uses, and protects your personal data.
1.Scope
2.What data we collect
We collect only the data needed to operate the site and provide our services:
- Contact details — the name and email you provide in the contact form or during registration;
- Account data — email, purchase and license history in your account;
- Payment data — processed directly by payment providers; we do not store bank card details;
- Technical data — IP address, browser type, visited pages and language — for analytics, security and correct operation of the site.
3.How we use data
The data we collect is used to:
- provide and support services and licenses;
- process payments and refunds;
- respond to support requests;
- ensure security and prevent abuse;
- improve the site and product.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
4.Self-hosted architecture and your data
Arcivéo installs on your own server. All monitoring data — logs, security events, scan results — stays on your server and is never sent to us. We have no access to your infrastructure and cannot view your monitoring content.
5.Sharing with third parties
We share data only with trusted service providers, and only to the extent needed to operate the service:
- Payment providers — to process payments;
- Email and infrastructure providers — to send system notifications and host the website.
We may also disclose data when required by law.
6.Cookies
The site uses cookies to run sessions, remember your language and theme, and for analytics. Learn more in the Cookie Policy.
7.Data security
We apply technical and organizational measures to protect data: connection encryption (TLS/SSL), access restrictions, and regular audits. Still, no method of transmitting or storing data is entirely secure.
8.Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (in particular, under GDPR), you have the right to:
- request access to your data and a copy of it;
- correct inaccurate data;
- delete your data (the "right to be forgotten");
- restrict or object to processing;
- data portability.
To exercise these rights, contact us at support@arciveo.com.
9.Retention period
We retain personal data for as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this Policy, or for the period required by law (for example, for accounting records). After that, the data is deleted or anonymized.
10.Data of minors
The product and website are not intended for individuals under 16. We do not knowingly collect data of minors.
11.Policy changes
We may update this Policy. We will make an effort to notify users of significant changes. The last update date is shown at the top of the page.
12.Contacts
